I bought a Superstyler at The Grove and it was working very well. Roughly 8 months later I dropped it and one of the plates broke. I went back to the Grove with my receipt and they informed me that if i contact HerStyler's customer service I could get a new one. All those carts are privately owned, so I needed to contact the manufacturer.
I called and they were extremely helpful. They didn't ask questions of why it was broken, just completely honored their warranty no problem!
5 days after sending my broken straightener out I received a brand new straightener in return (NOT a refurbished one)and I couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend the HerStyler brand.
