Nichole was very responsive and helpful. I was travelling for a month prior to when I needed the car picked up and had a very tight timeframe to get everything wrapped up before I moved. She answered all calls and emails. While the service with the actual transport company was a little frustrating, Nichole did her best to ensure that I and the 3rd party where my car would actually be picked up were in the loop. All in all, it was a good experience and I got my car quite quickly. I would recommend her company to anyone who is looking to move from California.
