I called Jewel Limo 3 times in the time span of a month. I gave them all of my event information to make a reservation each time and even went so far as to give my credit card information the last time. My third call was made in the morning. When I hadn't received the paperwork by the afternoon, I called to remind them I was waiting for it. They insisted that they would send it before the completion of the day. They never sent the fax confirmation or email confirmation as promised. How can one trust a company to arrive on time when they can't even follow through with a confirmation?
When I called to cancel my reservation the following day, the representative I worked with the entire time, Charles, commenced to attempt a yelling match with me on the phone insisting that he faxed the paperwork.
Horrible service and even poorer tact.
