Overall I had THE MOST awful experience with this auto shop. First my car sat at his shop for 8 weeks. He had my car in peices for weeks went the most expensive way as far as fixing the problem. I had a blown head gasket which was over $4000 to fix, I had to pay $1700 after the warranty. Come to find out, Cadillac themselves, as well as every other mechanic I spoke with, will NEVER fix a blown head on these cars because it will almost ALWAYS cause the block to crack. Sure enough, after he fixed the head and put the car back together just hours before having me come pick it up after 2 long months, he finds a frature in the block. He felt that all he needed to do was seal it and have me be on my way. Now 3 months later my car overheated again and I immediately took it to him. He says he has no responsiblity for the crack and I have to pay for the new engine. For a used GOOD engine it will cost me $1800, THE SAME AMOUNT I PAID FOR THE BLOWN HEAD!! He knew that it would benefit him to go the costly way through warranty and bill them for labor rather than having me spend the same amount, have a new engine and not now be without a car with 2 kids and a career.
He's dishonest, a scam artist and I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy!!!!
