Original contact was very professional, downhill from there.Terrible customer service. Cracked granite while drilling holes for faucets. I noticed the next day and emailed from their website. No response in a week. Called this morning , called again this afternoon and finally got someone. They will send someone out to repair. No apology and no explanation. Sold the slab I originally purchased to someone else had to pick something else. Time line for install was twice what we were initially told. They do not respond to problems or questions. Very unprofessional. So what happens down the road if there are problems? I didn't pay for a cracked new countertop, I paid for a new countertop. Other than the crack it looks great. This has been a very stressful experience, very irritating!! Definitely not what I expected. We purchased through DirectBuy and will contact them about these issues.
Update , they were supposed to come and repair today. Waited all day till 2:30 when they called and asked if they could come tomorrow. Well you'd think they could have called and told us they were not coming today since their excuse was that the job in santa fe was cancelled until tomorrow.It just gets better and better. These people are totally clueless!!!!!!!!!!!! A call this morning to cancel would have been good!
They came and glued the crack , it is now barely visible. This whole thing could have been easily avoided if the person in scheduling had any customer service skills at all! It doesn't matter how good all the other employees are if someone in the chain totally drops the ball! Would never do business with this company again, it is just not worth the hassle and stress. I had to go out and get answers from other company's about the result of this crack and what would happen in the future. It's really sad that one person can do such harm to the whole organization!
