Mr. Bialys is a very shrewd business man. He, unlike many other attorney's he answers his phone on Saturdays. He does this so that he can run his milling operation. What is milling.......taking a small retainer 500 to 1000 dollars with the promise of representation.
Then he will find a reason to not proceed with representing you. He has then made or should I say taken your 500 to 1000 dollars for doing nothing more than answering his telephone. If he does provide you with any services prior to finding a reason not to
go on record as your attorney, they are incompetent.....possibly on PURPOSE, in order to string you along until he is able to bow out after taking your money and NOT providing any services. He took my 500 and was supposed to first appear in court to get my
fta handled and set court date. The paperwork he filled was NOT filled out correctly. He had "FORGOTTEN" to check the box for what court the case was in. CONVIENIENT. I was not feeling confident and wanted him to complete the task we had agreed upon before
paying him any further............see this is his TACTIC. He then will drop you. Which he can because he has not gone on RECORD as your attorney yet. He walks away with the inital money you gave him 500 to 1000 dollars and has basically done NOTHING more for
you than answer the phone on a Saturday. He is very shrewd and is probably on of the best paid TELEPHONE OPERATORS in the united states. BUT that is all he is, a telephone operator, NOT and attorney, NOT willing to actually represent you and WILL find a reason
to bow out prior to going on RECORD as your attorney. His practices make him a great candidate for being disbarred.
