Company sold "unregistered" security stating they are selling cartoon characters "Z FORCE" and DAJAMMIES as far back as 2002-2003. They promise large return on investment but investments don't pay off. They are in BUSINESS, of selling unregistered securities that are supposed to be sold to Disney, Warner Bros, Walmart, K-Mart etc for syndication of shows or selling product or clothing line, book deals, shoes etc. at the retail level. Website does not work any longer. President is Doug Warr continues to make promises and his number is 818-613-3502. Company tries to work with investors they can control and have a track record of preying on the elderly. Great concept but company is devising schemes to defraud investors.
