Paul and his staff are very professional in all that they do. My Seller Boris, sent in a ring for them to appraise. They have went out of their way to make sure that I have the correct appraisal and that everything was appraised correctly. They are sending me a corrected copy of the appraisal as the ring examined turns out to be both 14kt and 18kt Gold. I am very happy about that as we first thought that it was just 14kt. He got the appraisal right and is on the money with the Diamond being 1.75cts. I suggest that everyone with jewelery that want's to have it appraised the right way and correct way, to visit or send your item's to Paul to have appraised. Wonderful company and they are THE BEST!!!
