Hi Kevin,
I just wanted to express my appreciation for the excellent way both Alan and Ben handled my sewer situation. Both maintained good communication with me, answering my questions, showing me the damage done by the roots of trees in the sewer line and carefully explaining and demonstrating the procedures used to remedy each new situation found. Amazingly, all the work was done in just two days! The crews, under the able direction of Alan and Ben, worked diligently and wasted no time. I also appreciate that each member of the crew was courteous and there was no excessive noise so my neighbors weren't disturbed by the work being done. Additionally, all trash created was handled and everything was put back almost like it had been found. This is a very highly commendable crew!.
