I am a home owner. My renter had plumbing backups at the house. He called Miracle rooter. They tried rooting (didn't work), then they used Hydro-jets for (get this!!!!----$2,000.) My tenant was none the wiser.
After the fact, I got more than three estimates ranging from $150-$900 for the same original rooting job...
I even had to hire another plumber to re-snake the work that miracle was said to have done.
It turns out, however, that the owner of miracle is reasonable and, after much discussion, we agreed on a fair price for the work done.
I cannot say the same for the fellow who contracted the job from my tenant.
Be wary. Though the company may be reputable, some of their sales staff is less than so.
