Management failed to forward me a delinquent HOA payment notice and I was slapped with hundreds of dollars of legal fees. I cancelled my service with them but it took two months for them to answer calls and communicate with my new management company. The still have not paid me my last month's rent nor the repair contingency fund three months later. If you own property, stay away from them.
