Signed up for nala. they instantly took the money out of my account. then did not follow through with what the saleswomen said would happen after two weeks we got an e-mail says they would be contacting us in a couple of days. those couple of day turn to ten so i contacted nala after twenty days of being in contract only to get excuses not resolts. so after thirty days and 1700.00 dollars out of pocket my web listing that they have set up is not complete. when you do click on it says site not updated with a nala logo behind it. I am still in business please do not put me out of business do to your incompitence. when i contact them a week ago to bring this to their attention they showed no concern. proof of this is 7 days later web page is still active but not accessable to my client or potential client. it does not take a genius to figure out this is not good for business and is costing me money by the minute. this company way over promises and does not deliver on only this. i would not recommend them and will be demanding a full refund plus compensation
