Our experience with North County Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners was positive and excellent from start to finish. My first contact was with the owner who answered every question, plus gave me a lot of very helpful additional information about his service, He gave me a price quote right then according to the information I gave him. An appointment was set up for the next week. The man who cleaned our carpets was very prompt and professional. He went the extra mile in every way and was very courteous and thoughtful. The carpets are so clean - they look just like new!!! The amount quoted by phone was the amount we were asked to pay. He didn't try to get us to pay for extras or to talk us into more services. We are recommending this business to everyone we know and will definitely use them again and again!
