11/09 Purchased free product and was charged for shipping as agreed. A second shipment of ColnX was shipped and charged to my credit card. This was unauthorized. I returned the product, and they acknowledged receipt of the unopened product. I have continually emailed and called since the charge, and have received promises of a check being mailed, even the amount was mentioned. As of 04/20/10 no check or refund for the amount of $89.99 has been made. It has been over 5 months now with no refund as promised.
