We give this company an A++++++++ for honesty, expertise, professional, personable, polite, and will not try to push services on you that you do not need. Read our recent story and you will find how Mike one of the owners saved us 3500.00 recently. My wife and I have been going to the same dealer for years prior to coming to Mike. We bring in our vehicles every 3,000 miles for oil changes, and take excellent care of our cars. We recently brought our car into our dealer, and we were told that it needed around 4500.00 worth of work (and that is when it had been in for an oil change just a few weeks earlier without any mention of this). We thought that odd since each time the vehicle is in it should be checked out. We brought our car to Mike at Orange Automotive which we had received a referral from a friend at our church. Mike was told upfront what happened to us and we wanted a second opinion. He checked out our vehicle and said that half of what we were told was inaccurate, and much of the other issues were minor. We were told from the dealer it was so bad that we had AAA tow our car away. Mike told us the total cost would be 927.00 including parts and labor. The total included back brakes (the dealer failed to point out in their 4500.00 quote). Orange Automotive has been around since 1979 and it has stood the test of time because it will not compromise its reputation to make a quick dollar.Mike will be our family mechanic from now on, and what matters most to us when dealing with a automotive business is honesty, professionalism, and excellent work. Orange Automotive does all that. We give them A+++++ for that very reason, we are glad we got a second opinion from a reputable company.
