This is my history about this "company"
I was out of the country and my husband was in Chicago. We supposed to meet in june without problems......

This is a email that dessesperately was sent to some worker of Pioneer/Cross country

My vehicle has been transported or is being transported at this time to the Washington DC area and not to Virginia the storage unit that I had set aside “simply storage”in virginia beach, why? Is the question is it because Pioneer Auto Express didn’t want to go the extra mile in my opinion or is it because they claim that I have not paid them or not going to pay them, I paid them! I paid them with the only method that I had available , by credit card as I am in chicago, giving them all of the necessary information by phone and fax they ran my card three times the first time it worked the money was extracted from my account then transaction went through, the second and third time they ran my card it came back declined, why, because the previous transaction took my account down to 500 dollars then called to tell me that I hadn’t paid, when the first transaction went through. I verified that they had been paid with my credit union. I then had my credit union fax them a statement not once but twice, highlighting the time the transaction that had their name affixed to it "pioneer Auto Express". Still they denied receiving that fax and told me if I did not pay them that they were right then in the process of bypassing Virginia en route to Washington DC and Maine and that they would send it to a yard in for the crazy price of 35 dollars per day plus handling fees or whatever they charge which by the time I will be able to retrieve my vehicle will be 1 month from now so I am at least looking up to 1500 dollars to store my vehicle for one month. Unless I can get some help on getting this resolved as this is well out my finances. I was trying to get it shipped to storage unit for less than 200 dollars for the entirety of the month. This for what I believe to some sort of scam. As I gave them all of my information and then an approved transaction by credit card went through then they tried running my credit card again to extract that amount twice3 or three times then made up this fiasco story I argued with them for upwards of an hour politely trying to get them to turn this around to take my vehicle to its original destination which once again I have verifiably paid them already by credit card but they insisted on saying that I have not paid them their money I have a transaction I have called my bank now four times and explained them the situation and they confirm 100% that 750 dollars was taken out of my checking account for pioneer auto express. At the earliest convenience I will try to talk to their management . the only thing I want is my vehicle to be in its destination without paying one cent more as. I say it again I have already paid this company. but they have not delivered and are trying to extract more money from me. Evidence also of their being some sort of scam is that the bank told me verifiable that 4 times that they ran my credit card three times, they told me and insisted that they only ran it twice and both of those were rejected. When they found out it was a check card and that they were going to send my car conveniently to a yard in dc one to ;bypass Virginia 2 to collect more money out of me no matter what….bottom line Claire I really need some help it is late on a Saturday night and I can barely write about this as I upset about this I am. I hire and my contract was with your company "Cross Country Auto Transport
"to have my vehicle delivered to a my decided destination. This is not happening and I really need some resolution with this matter. Thankyou

After 1 day my car was droop off in some yard at Washington DC. My husband had to pay(by western union) for 3 days to the yard and paid an extra $450 to Cross country (my original carrier) to send my car from DC to VA. On June i went to pick my car up from the storage and I found a big spot of damage cover with paint !!! no body was responsible for that. no pioneer, nor cross country neither the storage!!! ... I was just sooo tired ....there is no where to go to do this claim. I hire cross country, they hire pioneer, but we have to deal with pioneer .. Thankssss for nothing .. my $1872.00 original charge, turned in to $ $2500.00+ plus frustration with a tip of damage!!! ...

Kenny and Gerry are the unreasonables of Pioneer ...
