Avoid the Headache & Hassle

On January 4, 2021 I placed an order with Portable Garage Depot for a standard auto shelter with an extra panel. This order was placed with the assistance of Greg, a PGD representative. A shipment was received on January 22nd. However, what was received was a partial fulfillment of the order. A call was immediately placed to PGD & Greg immediately acknowledged their error & promised to rectify. Weeks go by and no product. Again customer service is contacted. Again promises are made to fulfill the order I have paid for. Weeks go by. Customer service is once again contacted. Once again they verbally commit to fulfilling my order. Nothing is received. So once again I foolishly initiated another repeat of this cycle without success. It is also worth noting that my phone calls are no longer answered by customer service - the experience clearly points to a filtering of calls on their end. May 6, 2021 I email a request for refund. There is no acknowledgment of my request. I leave phone messages. No acknowledgment of my voice mail requests. May 13th I follow up with another email to customer service requesting a refund or fulfillment of my order. Silence.
So here I am nearly 6 months later. Garage Depot has taken my money. Portable Garage Depot has not provided the product I have paid for. Portable Garage Depot refuses to refund my money. And now, Portable Garage Depot representatives no longer answer phone calls nor return voice mail. Save yourself the hassle & save your money, avoid Portable Garage Depot.
