They took our money but no headstone!
We ordered a headstone back in September 2020. They were paid in full. Two years later we still do not have a headstone from them nor a full refund. We were able to get back ½ of the money from our credit card only because we put it into dispute, but our first payment could not be put into dispute because it was too old. As I stated we have been perusing this for almost 2 years now. The owner Paul says he gave us a refund but has no proof. I am guessing he made up a confirmation number, because the credit card company said it does not pertain to them. Paul and Tamara dodge our calls, makes promises to call back, put us on hold and basically do nothing but lie. I cannot tell you how many phone calls I have made to this company. We live out of state, and our next step is to fly in to take him to court. I don’t want to see this happen to anyone else. Paul ranted to me about how bad business is and says I have no idea what his life is like! How about the 97 year old man who is still waiting to see his wife’s headstone? Is it ok to steal his money Paul???? Do you usually victimize geriatrics??? Do not use this service if you want peace of mind. If you have had a problem with Prestige and Paul, you can file a complaint here with the Federal Trade Commission:
