I decided to use Professional Debt Relief for consolidation of 7 accounts. I have 2 months left on my 18 month contract and they have successfully settled 4 of them and I had to remove one due to a lawsuit from the originating creditor. At the end of my contract the remaining 2 accounts should be settled with no problems. Going through a consolidation company was a new adventure for me. When I started with this company my accounts were not in default, but I wasn't going to be able to keep it that way. The staff of Professional Debt Relief have been very courteous and professional. I was able to contact them and get the help when I needed it. When I was being sued by an originating creditor I contacted Professional Debt Relief to notify them what was happening. They could not officially give me any legal advice as to the situation, but was able to help me understand what was happening and the steps I needed to take. Per a court order I removed this particular account from my consolidation program and started a payment plan with the bill collecting company. Professional Debt Relief was able to remove this account from the program and allowed me to remove money to act as a down payment for the payment plan with another company. The staff made what could have been a horrible situation with creditors into a pleasant experience. I thank them for that. I would recommend this company to others.
