I have a car loan with them for 2 yrs I got really sick and I was on disability post radiation therapy I got behind and I have this rude representative that only kept on telling me if I didn't make a payment she was going to proceed she is the biggest bitch ever her name is Evelyn don't ever speak to her and when i finally came back to work i was two payments behind i gave one and she would harass me at work then i authorized one car payment and she took the two when my car payment was not due for another week i called back to complain and then no one wanted to talk to me totally unprofessional people they suck worst finace company ever!!!! They don't even speak proper English ...Never again will i do business with them totally love Honda better
