Well, Ditto of all below. I was sent the product with no instructions (the gel is in the brush if you twist it counter-clockwise for who knows how long). I emailed asking for instructions and was emailed back I'd be contacted by customer service in 24-48 hours. I never was contacted and the next thing you know my story sounds like everyone else's. So now I'm disputing two months of charges via my bank because I couldn't stand to hear the woman on the other end of the Cleanwhites line ask me if I had read my Terms & Conditions after the umpteenth time. Whew. Good luck getting our money back! (So, yellowed teeth really aren't SO bad, are they?)
