I placed an order on 11/01/2009... I received my product just 2 days later in the mail. After trying the product, I decided that it really did it work but I was just laid off so I could not afford it. After calling Pamela in Customer Care they politely told me that due to my unfortunate situation they would let me keep the product as a courtesy and if I wanted to buy in the near future they would mark me down for a discounted price. To my surprise, after I landed my dream later that month I called back and they sold me a product for 39.95!
