I made a phone call today to 1-877-292-6892 to cancel an order that was never received from a comapany called smilewhite, smilewhilepros.com. This was my second call the the company letting them know I did not get my product via mail. I had ordered it back on the 9th of Jan, they told me it was sent, but I never recieved it. After the first call the customer service rep said to wait a few more days and call back when I get it, I then need to return it. It never came so today around 1:30pm 1/16/2010, I called and explained the the rep that I still didn't get my product and I do not want to be charged for an item that I did not receive. He told me to track down my mail man and find out what he did with it that i need to get it and sent it back. I told him there is no way a mail man is going to remember where he brought a package delieved a week ago when he has SO many other routes and houses he delievers too. The rep went on to say that I had to pay for it, i told him the co can't charge me for a product that I didn't receive. After almost 10 mins of disputing I asked to speak to his manager or suprervisor, he then told me that was was the supervisor. I asked him his name he continued to LIE to me and told me his name was Michael Jones. He was RUDE, disrespetful and it relects horribly on this company. After this happened a started reviewing to see what type of company could really do this? What I found is this co is fraudulent and practices fradulent business practices. I'm an idiot for not reviewing this co before I used them!I research company and found that what I have experienced is standard practice for this company 98% of reviews are negative and similar to my experience. They have a 'F' rating with the BBB of Miami. This company needs to be shut down for illegaly charging people.
