HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. I FINALLY CAVED IN TO ALL THE SPAM AND, VERY UNCHARACTERISTICALLY, DECIDED TO TRY THE "MOM'S TEETH WHITENING SYSTEM." It was all so simple and easy with direct links, etc. I was ASSURED that this was FREE, and even scoured the site before I signed up to make SURE it wasn't some kind of trap. Well, the product came (It's called "SmileWhitesPro"), and I was called out of town and didn't even get around to opening it until last night, 2/10/10, 3 weeks after it arrived. THE ENCLOSED PAPERWORK INFORMED ME THAT I WAS ON A 2-WEEK "TRIAL PERIOD" WHICH WAS ALREADY OVER BY THE TIME I OPENED THE THING, AND THEY HAD CHARGED SOME $70.00 ON MY CREDIT CARD BECAUSE I HADN'T "CANCELLED"!!!!!! I was on the web and phones for 2+ hours today and got nothing but a runaround, being passed from person to person, no you haven't called the right number, we don't deal with that product, we can't do anything..... etc. etc.! FINALLY I managed to get a supervisor, after insisting over and over and asking for more names and numbers, threatening legal action, and he finally agreed to refund $35.00 of that amount! I finally accepted this offer out of sheer exhaustion. THESE PEOPLE HAVE AN "F" RATING WITH THE BBB, AND I CAN SURE SEE WHY!!!! I WILL NEVER, EVER, ORDER ANYTHING OVER THE WEB AGAIN OR EVER GIVE MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER OUT AGAIN!!!
