I can’t say I am completely surprised by the reviews below but I am also a loyal customer to not only Razorgator but other secondary ticket markets. I just want to advise people that unfortunately a lot of customer complaints come from uneducated consumers. It’s no secret Razorgator is a ticket broker, which is the licensed legal practice of re-selling tickets at a premium. Obviously, if you can get tickets at the box office or Ticketmaster that’s always going to be the best price but unfortunately events sell out and secondary markets are the only option. Plus, if you want specific seats it’s nice on Razorgator to know exactly what you are purchasing and not just generic automated seats like Ticketmaster’s does. And FYI to those of you are unfamiliar with the business, Ticketmaster also refers their customers to their own “auction” site when they are out of tickets in which they sell tickets at a premium. I’ve also learned that Razorgator works directly with the NCAA Final Four, several NFL teams and corporations such as Bank of America so they are a legit company with great references. Being a repeat customer and owning my own e-commerce business I just felt the need to comment on such reviews. My advice is to be a vigilant consumer and be aware of the purchases you make from any online company. Most of the time their policies and procedures are clearly laid out for you if you simply take the time do read the terms on their site or do a little research. Be an educated buyer at all times regardless of the company or what you are buying. Lastly, any company that has lasted for over 10 years and has an A+ rating must be doing something right.
