I have purchased the ultimate resume that cost $485. I am so upset at these people and feel that I don't know what to do. There is nothing I can do now since that I have paid already and they have told me that they will only refund 60%. I submitted my old resume which they had to work for 48 hours to send me a first draft which never happened. When I received the first draft it was just a copy of my old resume and there was nothing professional, nothing that sounded nearly close to what I was expecting!!! I called and found out that these people are all speaking with heavy accents. They do not know how to speak and do not know how to explain. They told me that they have 70 people which I believe is a lie! Every time I talk to it always seams that the same person responding to me. They use names such as Kelly Grace, Aileen Rice, Michelle King - which all there ladies have the same exact heavy accent and have exact same voice! There are another two names Alex Moore and Andrew Johnson who said that he was the suoervisor of the whole place when I tried to complain! Please do not purchase from these people! I got a resume which I could have done better myself. I did not realize that I was signing away 60% of $485 with their acknowledgment that I had to agree to! These people should be ashamed of themselves to rip-off people like this!!! I wasted $300 for a something that I could have done myself. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!! None of these people exist!!!! BIG SCAM!!!
