Funny I see 20 bad reviews and only 1 shows up here on page 1of 1. lol Royal med center is a waste of your time! I am talking about the staff and services, the professionalism, not the product. The products are medical grade and just fine, like any other legit place. I recommend going else where. My reviews are on trust pilot. Speaking of which, royal med center scan for bad reviews. How do i know, I was a patient until a couple weeks ago because I left a bad review about their services, not their product, but their services and they canceled me for my bad review WITHOUT TELLING ME THEY CANCELED ME! I found out weeks later (just the other day) when I wasn't billed! I emailed to no reply back, so I called and thats what I was told "looks like you left a bad review so the BILLING DEPT canceled your account."
I said "how can billing cancel me #1 for a non-billing issue and #2 how can i be canceled at all over a bad review?" He said" I just know why they canceled you and who did it, very sry. If you take down your review we can reinstate you." sounds like blackmail to me, so I said "Heck no, plus you're getting another bad review from me now and I'll just find another provider. I'm not apologizing for an honest review which is why the reviews are there! And I'm not kissing butt to keep your meds that i can get elsewhere for the same cost or a little bit higher which i'll gladly pay for better services and an unprovoking and nongrudge holding staff! He emailed me back a snarky remark "glad you found a cheaper place, not sure why your upset then, good luck." YOU DO NOT WANT TO GO TO THESE PLP PLEASE TRUST ME. THIS REVIEW UNLIKE THE GOOD ONES THAT TALK ABOUT THEIR RESULTS, (THE RESULTS FOR ME ARE FINE TOO FROM THE PRODUCTS,) THE REVIEW IS ABOUT THE COMPANY ITSELF WHICH IS A SCAM COMPANY THAT COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOU obviously since they can cancel a med you shouldn't be without after you've been on it awhile, without even notifying you of the cancellation!
