I want people who read this to know the horrific experience that I endured while getting my TRT through Royal Medical Center. Please listen to my words…
This company is not out for your best interest. I was the victim of theft and deception all the while being lied to about the services I would be receiving and the sudden ceasing of sending their product as paid for. To use this company, they require you to pay them a $125 enrollment fee before receiving any medical services. Two months after enrolling and providing my payment information, my credit card information was stolen and used for fraudulent purchases. I am not blaming them for this happening, but I had to cancel my card on file. Royal Medical continued to try and run this card for payments even after I advised it was compromised. I spoke with them via phone and by email advising them of the situation and I had to halt payment until the new card arrives that week.
By the end of the week, they emailed me a letter stating I could no longer receive their services. Keep in mind, they were paid $125 for an enrollment fee and and another $250 for my next shipment of TRT. Once my membership was cancelled, they kept all payments…the enrollment fee and credit card charges for my second shipment of TRT. They stole $375 using my credit card. I am now in process of creating a legal dispute over Royal Medical’s fraudulent charges to my credit card. Please please please…
DO NOT use this company to purchase your testosterone. It is a scam. They have zero interest in helping you and have every intention of stealing from you. I can provide emails and documents proving these fraudulent transactions at the hands of Royal Medical. It is my mission to expose this toxic and dishonorable company. Please do your research and never believe any reviews from their company website. They are fake. You will regret using their services within a month of their service.
I have been on TRT for 5 years and had to switch providers after moving to a different state. That is when I found Royal Medical online and took a risk and called them. I am now a victim of theft and have been cheated out of an enrollment fee of $125 and 2 months of treatment while Royal Medical cashed in on my payments.
They will not return my calls or emails.
