I completely trusted this company in giving me exactly what I ordered. I ordered a very soft mattress and was delivered a firm mattress. I immediately had them pick it up. There was no paperwork involved with me on this delivery, so how can I know I received the right mattress. Now they are charging me a re-stocking fee of 20% on total price of the mattress. They are also charging me a 69.00 pick up fee, So they are making me responsible to pay them back $229.59 total. I believe this is totally unfair want everybody to know what kind of company this is and how they treat their customers!
