Poor service

I paid extra for rush shipping. Four business days later it had still not shipped. I called and was told it would ship that day. It did not. It shipped the next day. Five business days is not rush shipping. When it arrived it was the wrong size. The tag also looked like someone had sent the shorts back as it was torn and had black markings on it.
I complained and was told they would ship the proper size that day. They did not. Constant problems with this company
