Can not cancel this thing!

Phone line are not working, went to my account to cancel! There is no where to do so! I do not want this product anymore it is not working! I just want to get it cancelled and not be billed or have another shipment!!!
Your phone says office closed even thought it was 10 am in the morning a tuesday!!!
