Solaris is a Rip Off

First off, I did not call this company. They are the company that my home warranty (Fidelity) uses.
I first filed a claim with Fidelity, due to our air condition not cooling our house. They sent Solaris out, and the tech came out and stated that the unit was just out of Freon. He said that he checked for leaks and found none.
Two months later, the air conditioning goes out and I call Fidelity again, and they sent out Solaris again. This time the tech Eric stated that there is now is a leak. They are now quoting $2k to replace the line, and Fidelity will now not cover it. $2k to replace a 10ft Freon line? I called another company, and they will be replacing the line for $350.
Solaris is a rip off. DO NOT TRUST THEM!
I also see that I'm not the only one here.
