Title Companies, Notaries and Lenders BEWARE!
I wish that there was a “0” star rating, because that is the score that I would like to give this company. Bottom line, Sign on the X / SOX Signing Solutions is a highly unethical and unscrupulous company; they simply do not pay the notaries that they contract to complete mortgage signings. Don't take my word for it - take a look at the number of complaints on their BBB information page and their "F" BBB rating. Also do a Google or any other web search for this company and you will quickly and inevitably find numerous complaints from notaries that were contracted to provide services for SOX that were never paid. Not only does SOX refuse to pay these notaries but the company actually threatens to sue the notaries that they did not pay for complaining about the non-payment or for reporting them to the BBB!
Notaries, if you accept a signing request for this company you do so at your own risk - they have a documented history of non-payment, don’t be their next victim!
Lenders and Title Companies, if you choose to contact Sign on the X / SOX Signing Solutions to complete your mortgage signings be aware that their poor reputation and unprincipled behavior may be connected to your company. Not to mention the fact that you may receive phone calls from disgruntled notaries who have been ripped off by this company.
