I have been working with SOX for 3 only months. I have been calling and emailing and faxing and been given promises that are just not true. and I have not been paid yet either.
We should band together and call consumer reports, and Good Morning America or a venue like that with national exposure and tell them to look into this, as this is truly FRAUD.
Everything everyone is saying on this site is true, their tactics are to delay, delay, delay, until the notary gives up.
They are being sued by several people and have had an F rating with the BBB for over 4 years. They have changed their name, and have had numerous complaints on other sites, such as Notary Cafe.
Notaries, please do your self a favor and check out the signing company at least on a few sites, i.e. the BBB or Notary Cafe, before you accept the job.
The Attorney General should be involved in this mess with SOX, and I wouldn't be surprised if you see a class action law suit with the many notaries they seem to have scammed.
