Though the advertise merchandise that looks extremely appealing, and calls out to those who are interested in the styles, the site is very disorganized when it comes down to serving the customer. The company shows poor business skills when it comes to keeping in contact with the customers, often not getting to sent emails or phone calls to those who need their service. They give no options for shipping for different areas and lack the ability to update information on their site which can be very inconvenient and misleading. Because of the poor skills in communication, the company occasionally fails to provide information to their customers during the ordering process of goods, which can lead to false charges being made to the customer. Also due to the poor skills in communication, the company also fails in answering questions of their customers, and are known for not shipping out items on time or for doing partial shipping. All in all, though the site has very appealing merchandise, it is not worth trying to buy from a company who does little to stay in contact with the customers, and who offers services/promises, that they will only ignore.
