The Firm of Stonebridge and Asso. evictstoppers abandon me.I was told and sold on the idea I could stall eviction "6 MONTHs OR MORE".Get federal protection by filing chapter 13,but dont act on it and it will be closed in 4weeks.then refile BK every month, pro per,1 or 2 days before my civil eviction court date,which will not give the landlords lawyer enough time to file a"Motion for relief from the stay" or "me not staying".By re-filing'I get a new case number they would have to honer as a new case and put me in the back of the paperwork line again 3or 4 more weeks,. But....
