"Chris Waters" is an alias. Check with the CA Bar Assoc. When i checked there is a Chris Waters, but he is in northern CA and does not handle tentant/landlord relations. He recommends tenants facing eviction delcare bankruptcy, telling you that it will
not affect your credit. It does.
