I had to select at least a one star rating, but I'd prefer zero.I recently attempted to purchase a laptop adapter from this company, aka US Adapter, Sunvalleytek, et al. The purchase was made via PayPal and the amount immediately deducted from my account.After several days of no part delivery and no attempt at contacting me regarding the status of my order, I attempted to contact US Adapter. They have a voicemail system as well as email system and I've left messages with both, several days ago, with no response. I've attempted to call the company which typically results in a busy signal. If you do manage to get through, you're quickly put on hold and your hold time is indefinite - no one picks up nor attempts to pick up.My next approach was to contact the Santa Clara District Attorney's office, where I spoke with the Consumer Mediation Department (408) 792-2880. My suggestion is you file a complaint. The DA's office will take it from there. I don't know if US Adapter is a scam, but with the local district attorney's attention, US Adapter is going to be notified of my dissatisfaction and I'd encourage you to follow the same track if this has happened to you.
