No response to emails, Facebook inquiry deleted and settings changed so that nothing else can be posted on their wall. Still waiting for a pair of shoes I pre-ordered on APRIL 11, 2011 to be delivered in early July. The item has been removed from their website. I am not the only person still waiting for the exact item to be delivered. Had to contact BBB. Very disappointed.
