I would give them an F rating. This company failed on everything it promised, they actually created more problems for me that what I started with. They make false promises to the IRS that CREATE wage garnishments and bank levys. The advisors take for ever and a day to get back with you. I found out everything they promise is easier done by dealing directly with the IRS themselves. They have no more pull dealing with the IRS than you do. All the forms they tell you they are going to file are forms you can file yourself, and the IRS will walk you through them. This is what I had to do myself because they failed to do so. They created a fatal blow to my financial situation. Irs wound up taking more that 50% of my income in one month because of their false promises.
