Zero communication and vehicle never picked up

You should avoid the Auto Transport Group at all costs. They provided me with a cost to transport my truck across the country. I signed a contract and gave them a credit card for their required deposit.
Then I never heard from them again.
They never scheduled the vehicle for pickup.
I called the owner, Anthony, repeatedly and spoke with him on the phone. He told me 5 times that he would call me back. "I'll call you by 5pm today". "I'll call you first thing in the morning". "I'll call you on Monday with more information".
He never called me.
I wasted weeks waiting for the Auto Transport Group to pickup my truck and it never happened.
I can't get that time back and now I need to find another company to move my vehicle.
Avoid the Auto Transport Group at all costs. They are horrible and will not do what they say they are going to do.
I submitted a review on another website and it was removed almost immediately because the Auto Transport Group said that I was not a customer. What a complete SCAM.
Avoid the Auto Transport Group!
