Ticketmaster employees are worse than employees at the DMV I tried ordering tickets online for Margaret Cho at the Beacon in NYC. At the final step it said there is a problem retry your credit card information. Then said sorry try another card, I check My bank account of course the debit is there, and the Ticketmaster site says your order is cancelled. Upon calling this snotty woman tells me we don't have your money, it was declined, NO, I'm looking at the ticketmaster debit on my account, how does it decline, when the bank sent you the authorization, So no tickets and my 200 bucks that I now have to wait days to see if ticketmaster is going to just try to take my money and run, USELESS
