Bought tickets to Rodeo Houston over the phone. 3 performances at 2 tickets per performance for my girlfriend and I. She was on the phone, I was online. She ended up with allot better seats than I got online, so I cancelled my order. Only thing is the rep on the phone never said he was putting us not only in seats next to each other, but different rows too. Then when we never got the tickets emailed we call back 2 hours later. That's when the new rep told us the seats were not together. We cancelled that order but could not even get better tickets than what I had earlier. They refused to do anything to help and when inquired about their customer service satisfaction guarantee, "HUH, uh I don't know anything about that" and that was a supervisor we were speaking too. Never again Ticket Master. This is problems with your process 3 years running
