There are many reasons this one gets a big F. Once buy their anti-virus software you will be renewed and billed each year on your card with no way to stop them. If you want to renew the site will do it for you no problem, but if you want to cancel there is no way to call this company or log into the site to cancel the renewal.
The site will "magically" not be able to retrieve your password with the email account they just sent you a renewal to. ANOTHER ONE OF THOSE AUTO RENEWAL SITES THAT YOU WILL SPENT HOURS TRYING TO CANCEL AND messing around with your credit card company to clear the charges, if you are lucky and can get your credit card company to clear!
ONCE YOU USE MICRO TREND ONCE THERE IS NO NUMBER FOR SERVICE AND THEY WILL BILL YOU FOR MORE EXPENSE SERVICE FOR LIFE!
