U-Haul is an absolute nightmare. After making a reservation for a truck two weeks in advance, when I got there I was told the truck was NOT available. What's the point in making a reservation if the truck is not going to be there when I get there? I had to move out of my apartment at the e/o/month and wasn't able to b/c I didn't have my U-Haul truck to move my stuff. So I had to pay another mo's rent and also my movers (who didn't move me!). I do NOT recommend you to use U-HAUL. :-(
