I would absolutely stay away from this company! They are unreliable, difficult to reach and only want your money. They are not to be trusted. They were supposed to pick up my car on a particular day, which I had confirmed with them several days ahead of time. They gave me no indication that was an issue. I heard nothing from them the day of pickup and when I called, the dispatcher stated that there was no driver to pick up my car. They told me to leave my keys with a neighbor. When I told them that I didn't live close to anyone, they stated that they could not help me. I ended up going with another company who stated that they have oftentimes bailed out customers previously with Your Choice Auto Transport.
