Youthology may in it's appearance seem like a great deal. But in my opinion before handing over any information to these people about your credit card.... do yourself a favor and grab a pre-paid Visa. That way if you encounter the situation I unfortunately found myself in your pocket will not feel the financial burdon. I purchased the starter kit only to find that my credit card statement showed I was on auto ship. This may of been a miscommunication due to the verbage used here in the US and sometimes my lack of my interpretation of the words used. But to cut a long story short, I phoned Youthology and was assured I been taken off autoship. Wonderful you would think....! But not to be! Come the 27th Oct I am going over my statement to find that once again Youthology has charged my card. So this time I phone. The first time I sat on hold for 40 minutes!! 2nd time I called I sat on hold for 46 minutes!! Not to be defeated I called again..... 1 HOUR & 28 MINUTES ON HOLD! Finally I get to talk to a human being. I explain to the lady ( Megan ) that this is a mistake and that I was not on auto ship as it was cancelled back on 15th Oct. In her infinate wisdon she informs me that is basically bad luck the item has been shipped and there are no refunds, refusals or anything else on a package that has been shipped. Even if you didn't order it. To which I did not. She did however send a note to the "Reveiew Department" to see what they could find out. But again if they cannot find the record of the 2nd call it would be bad luck for me. These people expect you to know who you talked to, what number you called from and a few things that the normal person whould not even think about recording. The name I can understand, but what happens if you call from a corporate office where the line is allocated by a computer not the phone you actually pick up and place the call from....hmmmm? Rediculous. Do they expect you to have a listing of the 500 lines that you MAY call out from? I am stuck with a product that is certainly not what it is hyped up to be. If you have oily skin, forget it! It doesn't like anything oily. It does not last 8 hours. You will be lucky if it last you 30 minutes. I am extremely frustrated that this company feels it can tell you what ever it wants and just keep charging you even though you have not given them authorizaton! My last word on this company before I bore you to death with all the details is..... BUYER BEWARE!
