We started off on shaky ground at first some miss communication. I got in touch with one of the managers Stephanie. who I finally started to get the right answers and she opened up a direct line of communication. From then on it took some time but in the end Zip Tax saved me 10's of thousand dollars that the IRS would have charged me. I looked at it like this I have to pay .01 to every dollar I would have owed IRS. Thank You, Stephanie and your team I am very satisfied.
