Excellent and reliable service

uDirect provides great service, and we are so glad we selected them as our self-directed custodian. We did some research of custodian companies before selecting uDirect as the best option for us, primarily because of recommendations from others and their reasonable fees. They have lived up to their name. Even though the process for self-directed IRA investment can sometimes be lengthy and confusing, uDirect makes it quite easy and understandable. We even recommend them to others when someone asks us about our experience using a self-directed IRA custodian. We are particularly appreciative of Eric Petrus, our transaction coordinator. He is always quick to respond and guide us through the process. He is very knowledgeable and helpful! We also found great value in the material that Kaaren Hall provides on self-directed IRAs.
