I have to say that this was the best experience I have ever had refinancing my house. Scott was the first person to contact me and give me all the details about what I could get for Rate, Cash Back, and the fees. He go this back to me in about a day and
was easy to reach. He locked my rate the next day and filed all the paperwork. It took about 2 weeks until I was able to sign the papers and about 3 weeks for the loan to fund. Everything he told me the first day was what was actually on the loan. I even got
more cash out than I originally hoped for. I highly recommend going with Scott and would not hesitate at all. Scott is trustworthy and does not lie to try and get your business (I had this happen with someone a year ago and I had to eat the appraisal fee).
